Refund & Cancellation Policy – StudyW3

At StudyW3, we strive to provide high-quality learning resources and a smooth learning experience. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines our guidelines regarding payments, refunds, cancellations, and related concerns for all paid services offered on our platform.

By purchasing a course or service from StudyW3, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Paid Course Enrollment

When you purchase a paid course on StudyW3:

  • You receive immediate access to exclusive course material.

  • Your access is for personal, non-transferable use.

  • Course content may include videos, notes, projects, and assignments

📌 Once access is granted, your course is considered “delivered.”


2. Refund Policy

We follow a no-refund policy in general, as most of our digital content is delivered instantly upon payment.

❌ Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • You change your mind after enrolling.

  • You didn’t use the course or attend any sessions.

  • You expected a different format or topic.

  • Technical issues on your device (not caused by StudyW3)

✅ However, a refund may be granted under these exceptional conditions:

  • A duplicate payment was made accidentally.

  • The course was not delivered due to a technical fault on our end.

  • The course was discontinued by StudyW3 before full access was provided

In such cases, users must email us at refunds@studyw3.in within 7 days of the transaction.

Refund decisions will be made within 5–7 working days after internal verification.


3. Course Cancellation (By StudyW3)

We reserve the right to cancel or discontinue any course due to:

  • Technical limitations

  • Change in content delivery

  • Violation of our platform policies by the user

In such cases:

  • You will be notified via email.

  • A full or partial refund (as applicable) may be processed.

  • You may be offered a credit to enrol in another course.


4. Cancellation (By User)

If a user wishes to cancel a course:

  • Before starting: No automatic refund unless eligible as per the refund policy

  • After access is granted, no cancellation is allowed

All purchases are final and non-transferable.


5. Payment Gateway Disputes

If you initiate a payment dispute (chargeback) via your bank/card issuer without contacting us first:

  • Your account may be temporarily suspended.

  • Any future access may be blocked until the issue is resolved
