We offer many free courses with lifetime access and no hidden charges. However, we also have premium courses that include certificates, mentorship, downloadable resources, and real-world projects – starting from just ₹199.

You can download and print your certificate anytime from your dashboard.

Account & Access
To create your free account:
Go to www.studyw3.xyz
Click on the “Sign Up” button.
Enter your Name, Email, and Password
Verify your email (if required)
Once registered, you can access the dashboard, enroll in courses, and track your progress.
Don’t worry! Follow these steps:
Click on “Forgot Password” on the login page.
Enter your registered email.
You’ll receive a reset link – follow it to set a new password
If you don’t receive the email within 5 minutes, check your spam folder or contact support@studyw3.in
You can change your name from your profile settings.
To change your email address, please email us at support@studyw3.in with verification.
This helps us protect your account security.
First, check your dashboard – the course should appear there.
If not:
Wait for a few minutes (sometimes it takes 1–5 minutes)
Check your email for order confirmation.
Clear browser cache or try logging in again
If the problem continues, email: billing@studyw3.in with payment ID and your account email.
Yes! You can log in from any device — mobile, tablet, or laptop — using your StudyW3 credentials.
However, sharing your login with others is not allowed and may lead to account suspension.
Payment & Refund
We accept secure payments via:
UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, etc.)
Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Rupay)
Net Banking
Wallets (if supported by the payment gateway)
All transactions are processed via Razorpay or Stripe through secure SSL encryption.
Sometimes it takes 1–5 minutes for the course to activate. Please try:
Refreshing your dashboard
Checking your email for confirmation
Logging out and back in

StudyW3 follows a limited refund policy:
✅ Refunds may be granted in these cases:
Duplicate payment
The course was not delivered, or access failed.
The course has been cancelled from our side
❌ No refunds in cases like:
Change of mind
Course already accessed
Wrong course selection
Currently, StudyW3 operates under an individual/educational entity model.
If you need a basic payment receipt, we can send it manually on request.

We do not store any card or banking details. All payments are processed securely by trusted third-party gateways like Razorpay or Stripe over encrypted connections (https://

Certificates
✅ Yes, you will receive a digital certificate of completion for all paid courses after you complete the course content and meet the passing criteria (like quizzes or assignments).
❌ Free courses do not come with certificates unless mentioned.
After you complete a paid course:
Go to your Dashboard > My Courses
Click on the completed course
You’ll see a button “Download Certificate”
Your certificate will be available in PDF format, which you can download or print anytime.
Yes!
Each certificate includes:
Your full name (as per your profile)
Course title
Completion date
Unique certificate ID and signature
📌 Make sure your name is correct in your profile before downloading.
Yes, our certificates are valid as proof of learning and can help in:
Resume building
Internship/Job applications
College/Portfolio submissions
Freelancing or skill verification
However, please note: these are not government certificates, but they are useful in showcasing self-acquired skills and project-based learning.
No worries! You can re-download your certificate any time by:
Logging into your StudyW3 account
Visiting the course you completed
Clicking on “Download Certificate” again
